Delivery questions
Do you deliver pet food the same day?
Yes, in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya: pay by 1pm Monday to Saturday and a Lalamove rider brings it the same day. Orders after 1pm, or on Sunday, go out the next working day.
Do you deliver outside the Klang Valley?
Yes. We ship anywhere in Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak included, by courier. The rate for your postcode is shown at checkout before you pay.
How much is delivery?
It depends on your postcode and the parcel weight, and you see the exact price at checkout. Orders of RM 250.00 or more get up to RM 5.00 off delivery.
Can I collect in store instead?
Yes, free. Choose pickup at checkout and collect from 57, Jalan Jenjarum 3B, Bandar Bukit Beruntung, Rawang, Monday–Saturday 10:00–19:00.
Can you deliver heavy bags of food?
Yes. Big bags go by car with Lalamove or by courier, and the weight is worked out for you at checkout.
